Facilities & Operations

DCS BPO has two separate facilities exclusively dedicated to ePublishing/Premedia and Data Services.

While the Chennai center services the Publishing and related clientele, the Puduchery center is dedicated to all kinds of data services and forms processing. Both the facilities are access-controlled with 24/7 internet connectivity, communications and secure data servers.

Each of the above facility is managed and supervised by competent operations managers who are well-versed in their domain, and have relevant domain experience of over two decades.

Our employees are our asset.

We follow a scientific selection process where an employee is hired after written tests, psychometric tests, interviews, background and reference checks.

We continuously invest on training/retraining our employees to keep them abreast with the domain knowledge and latest tools & technologies. Our training process is spread over not-only classroom training, but is also followed by a strong mentorship and on-the-job programs.

Each employee is tracked with a rigorous performance management systems with review based on quality and productivity.

Our reward and recognition system, resulting in a fast-track career helps our employees to deliver their best.

We believe in cross-training our employees to make them multi-skilled enabling them to take on any new process or challenge that they may have to face during execution of projects. This ensures that we always possess the necessary skill sets to execute any type of project.


Our Capacity

In the year 2008, the year that had gone by, we had typeset more than 200,000 pages, with 60,000 pages edited, about 1,000 design element samples created, half of composed pages converted to post comp XML files, and one-fourth as pre-comp XML.

Apart from this, we had also typeset around 100,000 multilingual pages covering major European languages.


Project Management

At DCS BPO you work with a single project manager so that coordination and communication are simplified. The project manager's top priorities are ensuring a quality product, on-time delivery, and budgetary control. We juggle schedules, act as liaisons with the clients, and keep the workflow focused. We provide weekly status reports and give you the opportunity to review and approve all key deliverables. Our project managers are proactive, emailing or calling the client whenever questions arise.

Most important, our project managers are problem solvers, trained to make your life easier and see that your standards are upheld.
